Once a noble High Elf from Lothern in Eataine (Eataine is an elven kingdom on Ulthuan with Lothern the capital of Ulthuan and residence of the Phoenix King), Loraya now is an allegiant devotee of Slaanesh.

Raised in the lap of luxury, Loraya became bored of life and the pleasures legally available to her as soon as she came of age. Luckily for her, she was introduced to a secret cult worshipping Slaanesh while searching the black market for some drugs she didn't try so far.

After gaining some minor mutations and wallowing in the sensual pleasures the cult provided, one day, while immolating an officer of the Lothern Sea Guard, Loraya had an epiphany where Slaanesh offered her to join His personal Horde.
