Bud Norris, despite being terrible ballhandler, fumbling almost half of his throws, against ogre team Size matters for This, dodged away from an ogre, picked up the ball between two more, and dodged away. On top of this he threw perfect long bomb to the waiting hands of Erich Stoltz who scored a winning TD. Promotion to sergeant after something like that was inevitable.
Against wood elf team Adventures of Elftor, Bud dodged away from a wardancer, ran to loose ball and threw a perfect long bomb into the hands of waiting "Beak" who had an easy job of scoring td, putting the team into 1-0 lead. Definitely worth a promotion.
Rematch against Adventures of Elftor brought a defeat to Commandos, but Bud showed true blood bowl spirit and showed his talent as an all-round player. He killed inhumanly strong line-elf and thus became the first Commando ever to achieve two things. He became the first ever commando to complete a pass, score a touchdown, make an interception, cause a casualty and to get an mvp. Although not in a same game, being the first ever to do this, is a great achievement, that not many players achieve throughout their whole careers. For this he was the first ever commando to be promoted to the Warrant officer rank.
