They feed off the creatures poisoned by the water, and this specimen was found by Farquarok and Initiated as a Blood Cultists with the promise of raw flesh. Serving nothing but Flesh, Ordin the Devourer feels perfectly at home in the cultists. Flesh of the Fallen is summarily devoured..be it friend or foe.
