A daring team with 4 of their first 5 games against Ogres.
Disturbing trend with this team. Elves who can't dodge away or knock anyone down to save their own lives. The defense has been porous at best. Aravan has been recruited to help out.
Ouch. Last game vs Orcs really put the hurting. One "Guard" guy RIP and another Niggling. My kicker is also suffering from a Niggling. Total damage 2 SI's and 2 RIP's. To add to that one of my dead players got the MVP. Down to 9 players. Prepare for a losing streak fellas. It's going to get worse before it gets better.
Another setback. Down to 10 players for the next game again.
After five or so games we have finally leveled back up to 11 players. No Niggling Injury on an Age Roll after the last game has me in good spirits. However, I still have a Niggilng I need to release but the cash income has been atrocious. Can't seem to get out of this funk. The blitzer I got 9 SPP's last game to get his 2nd roll got a Niggling. So I basically played that game for nothing. Goodness, man. Whoever thought up this Old Age crap needs to be shot! And another damned 30K cash game in which I can't even replace him.
Well another Old Age Skill Roll. Twelve Fan Factor and I keep getting crappy income. Takes 3 full matches to even afford to buy a lineman and by that time I have another injury. Yep another Age roll on the 2nd skill, you guessed it! Down to 10 players AGAIN. If Aging is this bad on the 2nd roll how the f*ck is it going to be on their 4th or even 5th skill!!!!?? I really don't want my high SPP guys to roll another skill. This puts a damper on team advancement bigtime. I do my best not to let my better players get all the SPP's but sometimes if you want to win you have to.
Wow, amazing. My star blitzer Elbereth rolled on his 4th skill and didn't get an Age debuff! Team is starting to look like a High Risk for Age and High Reward for doubles. Still unable to get my rookies some experience as the latest games were highly contested and the MVP (ironically) keeps going to the better players. Ten players for next game. Finally, an 80k game but I lost 1 Fan Factor.
