Well, he finally did it. He became the star he knew he could be...
But his quest to honor his brother came with promise. A promise to his parents that once he had reached his goal then he would hang up his boots and retire so that Slash wouldn't face the same fate as his brother. Death on the field was not to be. A talented young star retires.
