Just after he signed on for the Mistwood Unicorns, he was to play as center vs. the Shadowbane Stalkers.
The ball got kicked in the air, and as the elfs rushed to get in position around the ball, Xy'lon swung hes massive arms to block the foul Lance Hellfire, he somehow managed to loose balance, and fell as long as he were in the midst of the Stalkers linemen. It didnt take many a second to Chance Chaohammer to noctice the prone treemand, and as he ran to the fallen tree, he yelled out to hes comrades to aid cover for him.
Hidden behind hes teammates Chance landed a kick that almost shatterd Xy'lon roots. The impact was so hard that Xy'lon was carried of the field, and are now spending several weeks in a glade, hopening to recover as soon as possible.
The Coaching staff on the Unicorns are not too exited about their new signing. And there are already roomers that say that "one strike tree" are to be sold to the stunty league.
Who knows he might end up as pratice target for Nobbla Blackwart?
Lets hope for Xy'lon that he will manage at least one block in the comming game.
After a bad start Xy'lon's next few games were a tad better. He managed to stay on the field, thanks to he's deep roots. In hes 4th game he managed to make a casualty, and in the game after he got the MVP for a stunning display of standing firm, yet again thanks to hes deep roots!
He attend a class of dwarf basic's and learned how to block properly. The Staff team's hope for this player is still low, but growing!
