Shaidar is being groomed as the successor to Haran. He's not the same sparkling runner as his inferior Yardage Per Game shows, and after the first three games where he was on course for a higher touchdown rate his scoring form has slowed. He's still a sure-handed runner who could go far if he survives long enough.
That "long enough" could be short, however. He loves to get his shoulder down and make a hit which isn't ideal for one as frail as a ghoul.
