He thinks that they help him look more intelligent, well, for an orc. Occasionally Hoggy imagines things, like flies swarming round elf skulls, and all the other orcs make fun of him for not being manly enough to join in their games. All in all, all that he can possibly hope for in life is to not get crushed by a huge boulder.
