Twin brother of the Red Wings Centre Inari Whitespurr, Zaphriel holds the distinction of being one of only 2 Red Wings players to play in every game so far this season.
What is more remarkable than that, however, is that he's managed to produce nearly no recognisable or noteworthy results in all 16 games he's played for the Red Wings to date.
"It's not my fault", Zaphriel responded when confronted with this disturbing statistic, "I just always seem to be where the ball isn't. The only time I scored the ball just happened to fall into my hands."
Red Wings arcanists are currently astrally analysing Zaphriel to see whether he is under some form of Ball Repelling Charm.
Tilian Kroix from the Red Wings Arcanist Staff said "If we can determine exactly what it is about Zaphriel that repels the ball so, our first goal will be to replicate it. Our second goal will be to impregnate our End Zone with it."
So despite his non-factor performance so far, Zaphriel may still be the Red Wings most powerful weapon in the future.
