<b>Pfc. Andy Kagan:</b>
One of the more mysterious of the Task Force members, Andy Kagan
grew up on a farm in southern Illinois. Living a life miles from any urban
area, he yearned to see the world and live a life of adventure. He's found
that life with Raine's Task Force.
