Undertow has the spectacularly strange ability to spin his body at high velocity. This would make him look like a particularly emaciated Tassie Devil, but for the part where he doesn't actually look anything like that at all. When Undertow spins, it's not in emulation of the whirlwind - instead, he tumbles head-over-heels! And when this flailing bundle of bones comes a-spinning, even the most steadfast of foes cannot keep their feet.
