Hmm, maybe I should name more of my players after stats...

After 43 games, Agile was the #3 all time (#2 active) slann catcher.

In his 47th game, Agile finally rolls his first intercept (on a 3+, in one TZ).

Reached legend level after 54 games. Agile was the first slann catcher to ever reach legend in [R], and is therefore also the #1 slann all-time slann catcher in [R]. In
[B]
, however, is an 8/3/5/7 guy who overshadows him.

Int #2: Game 58 (vs Khemri?!)
#3: Game 59
#4 in his last game (#65). Agile made the int, moved and passed, then Nightbreed said 'he has to die', leaped, hit Agile, and rolled 66 65 65 65.

Quoting eulogy blog:

Aptly named Agile (first and as of yet only ever [R] slann legend; AG6 blodge sure hands pass block) was the best retriever ever, an amazing interceptor, and a great thrower. He was killed on the field today, 1 turn after making the 4th intercept in his carreer.

Agile's most amazing potential was in retrieval. AG6 dodge sure hands means that if the ball was on the ground, was his. While this is what made him great and what won me most matches, he earned his SPPs with a formidable 101 completions in 65 games. This way, he mostly left the scoring to the blitzers (who are always in dire need of SPPs), as a good slann catcher should. Giving away the ball before the end of his turn also helped direct the attention away from him. At the end of his career he became an amazing interceptor as well: his ability to pass block led him to make 3 (2+, safe-throw proof) intercepts in the 11 games he played as a legend. His untimely death leaves him just 1 intercept short of being the first slann player ever to make it to the top interceptor list (in the competitive divisions anyway). Even blocking is something Agile was apparently a natural talent at. Despite only making 9 blocks in 65 games, he somehow managed to rack up 2 cas.

While I'm always a scared pixelhugger when it comes to this guy, not leaving him easily blitzable or with the ball, this game the opponent's basher legend had leap and a mission. Agile intercepted, and then handed off in my turn. Nightbreed said 'he has to die!', Arbane jumped into the air and smashed Agile into the ground with enough force to kill-apo-kill a +AV treeman without mighty blow, rolling 66 65 65 65.

Agile was fantastic. I will miss him dearly.
