He runs all of Bjoern's errands, like fetching packages(picking 'em up while running) etc. This has led to Ulfgar being very fast and very steady on his hands. But just working on his stamina has its disadvantages... he's not as tough as the standard employees. But if you run faster than yer enemy, you don't get hit.
