He is a sad Lizard because he feels left out from his leaping friends. And they bully him for it. That's why he has the Loner trait. He dreams of one day being able to Leap like his team mates, but however hard he tries, it will always be a difficult task, with his stupidity and his large bulky tail getting in the way to land successfully.
On game five he finally managed to injure an opposing player, a Chaos Dorf Blocker as well! Can he finally level? Only time and possibly playing against Skaven will tell.
Game nine against the Kul Ravens, he finally showed that he was able to gain a skill by killed a Marauder, however the apothecary was competent enough to save the poor soul's life. On top of this, Krox was granted MVP by the captain, to ensure that he could level and learn to Guard his back.
