Phisten Urphace was a key member of the team during season 14 of the HLP where the Sons of Brutus earned their first ever top three finish and a personal best sprint at Premiership level.
Whilst playing along with killers Orr Ganmonger and Axel the Butcher, and Thrower Fumbles Clumsyfist Phisten's role was often that of finisher. In time as injury and death caught up with his cohorts, Phisten developed into a leader of both defence and attack. Late in his career he won several games with his reckless disregard for his own safety, leaping into a cage to strip a ball loose, or dodging into tacklezones to steal a pickup and pass.
He suffered a permanent injury in his 88th game, a hard fought win against Cpombers Murder by Numbers.
Phisten retires, the tenth legend for the Sons, and his legacy will live on as he has agreed to work as a special skills coach alongside coach Hans Stikkyfingers.
