Coach Abel Strangelove's Purgatory Goals:
A strange team of mixed dead and a few not so dead but still strange players were gathered under the team name "Full Moon Fevers" led by the sick and perverted coach Abel Strangelove to take on the small local league "Purgatory league" with one goal... Well Two perhaps, but mostly one. To reign as the most prominent coach ever to rule the Great Lake City! Muhahahaha...


Abels Journals:
The team is starting to develop some good mashing skills... Finally! My last modifications lately did have effect it seems. The team played steady and the TD we had to let go was nothing to do about. They were to good with the ball.

Also take note not to collect brains from dead starplayers. Two zombies both thought they were the starplayers of the team yesterday. Both refusing to enter the field as long as the other one was on the field. They claimed I'm the greatest... Greatest what? Failure! Muhahahaha...

The werewolves are finally starting to show some killer instinct. One of them growling that he wants to taste some skaven blood and after the last game his rage had grown into dangerously aggressivness. Take note to keep him in controll and not let turn into a blind rage and go on some killing spree... Although it might be fun to see! And would surely give me some new flesh to work on.

Purgatory League SEMIFINAL:
After a tough season with many injuries and deaths the semifinal was upon us. Money needed to be saved for the possibility of an upcomming final so in the team went with one Wolf short. Fortunatly a good defence managed to hang on to a tough 1-0 victory and a well earned final.

Purgatory League FINAL:
All money saved went into the player bank as two famous players were hired for the final game. FMF needed some muscle to handle the nasty ratogre, so RAMTUT III entered center line. To assist the offensive game Count Luthor von Drakenborg was hired as his agility 4 meant that he could actually throw the friggin ball if necessary.

After getting a bad start and a strong recovery first half ended 1-1. Casualties were still extremely low. Second half was dominated by FMF who totally controlled the entire flow of play. All settled for a simple rush and gaze with luthor to give Canis the opportunity of a blitz and 2-1 with only one turn to go for Anticimex...

The game was over! At least all of us expected it to be...

However the referee who obviously was bribed decided to go injury time giving anticimex an extra turn. Thier first turn consited of swarming FMFs half with recievers and then as their thrower was about to move into position he fumbled and lost the ball. FMF moved in all players they could to prevent the recievers and then sent players to stop the thrower. Unfortunatly a few good rolls sent a long pass right into the hands of a linerat who then scores with a go for it and saved the game to overtime...

Overtime roll was won by Anticimex who then easily scored and left FMF against a tough and tight defence but good teamwork from FMF opened up for Luthor to show his greatness. A blitz and a dodge left him open to walk in a simple 3-3 in turn 6...

Anticimex had a good chance of ending the game in their final turn but the pass was to bad to really be of any danger. The ball scattered and settled out in the open. Payback time! The final turn consisted in some bashing on the rats just to show whos the king of pain around here.

When the final whistle was blown both teams were exhausted and eager to see how the final would end. The coin was flipped and the winner was FMF!!!

Talk about a close final... Best I've ever seen! Guess if we are eager to see the next season of Purgatory Bowl. Unfortunatly without FMF as they intend to take at least one year off and rebuild their team.
