The Boomers consists of a bunch of hard fighting Sewer-rats. Most of them come from the catacombs under the city of Trosa - also known as the End of the World. Boomers won their group in the group stage of the first World's End League in a surprising way. They came to the playoffs as slight favourites and went all the way to the final, where they lost to the undermanned Bryophyta Guardians in one of the most exciting games ever. In Boomers there is also a true Legend playing - Humphrey Locher - who is possibly the best player to ever play in World's End. Now though, fifteen years older, he has lost a lot of his speed and strength that made him the player that always topped the Casualty and Touchdown statistics. Humphrey might be most famous for being killed two times in the same game by the Chainsaw lunatic Clippy Fingers of the Headache Devils in the semifinal of World's End Cup in 2491. He was regenerated by the Team Wizard one time during the game and also after the game. |
