| "Many years ago, my son, when my great-grandfather ruled Castle Morgenstern, the chapel was run by a zealous monk called Ignatius. He was righteous, stern and as fearless in battle as any Morgenstern knight. But the many battles with the forces of Chaos scarred him and left him dependent on the medicaments his herbal minister, Pararhazes, prepared for him. The two of them studied ancient lore and began experimenting with herbs and magic in order to stand against the corruption of my great-grandfather's devilish foes. In the end, it was the monks that became corrupted. My great-grandfather was heartbroken when he understood what was happening in the chapel, but nevertheless assembled all the men of Castle Morgenstern to defeat the growing cancer of Ignatius and Pararhazes. Sad to say, many of the knights sided with the corrupted monks, and most of them was able to flee down the hidden escape tunnel down into the hill underneath Castle Morgenstern ...
