Leto Atreides, now God Emporer of dune, decided to revive an ancient game played on old Terra, as seeing the future utterly bored him and he badly needed something entertaining, something unexpected.

Ordering the creation of team of Ghola's, the God Emperor pitched teams against eachother, with the best players from every season being drafted into the Arrakis All-Star team which traversed from planet to planet, playing demonstration games. Natrually, no one liked playing against the Atreides teams, they always seemed to know where the ball would land.
