<P align=centre><b>The Light Crusaders</b> - going to absurd lengths to follow the letter of the rules since 17/4/06!

<P align=left><b>Light Crusaders Code of Conduct</b>

• no fouling
• no crowdpushing
• will always match the opposition's number of players on pitch - excess players will retreat out of the way

Examples: A match starts 11 vs 11. The Crusaders throw a block and KO an opponent. A Crusader (if free of TZs) must now retreat towards his own end zone and take no active part in play. Later, a Crusader is BH'd, so that each side has 10 players on the pitch - the Crusader sitting things out can rejoin play.

The opposition begins the match with 7 players only, while the Crusaders have 11. Four Crusaders must be placed near their own end zone and sit out the game (until their team's numbers are reduced).

<i>'Illegal' handicaps</i>: -
Bad Press: The team will not use any re-rolls gained through Cheering Fans that match.
Illegal Drugs: The player using the drugs will not play for that game.
Morley's Revenge: The rule of matching opponent's numbers applies.
Palmed Coin: Team must offer opposition the choice of kick/receive.
Bribe the Ref: Irrelevant because the team never fouls.
Knuckledusters: The player with them will not play for that game.
Virus: The rule of matching opponent's numbers applies.

<i>Kick-off results</i>: -
In the event of a Pitch Invasion, the Crusaders must skip their entire following turn to give the authorities plenty of time to clear up the mayhem, and their opposition a fair chance to recover.

<i>Death duty</i>: -
In compensation for any death that might be caused by a Crusader, the team will 'sack' 10K from its team. Undead (including Ghouls and Vampires) are not covered. Deaths caused by GFI or TTM are not covered (but dodges are).

<i>Other</i>: -
The team will not hire Wizards, or train killer wasps to attack the opposing coach.

<i>Breach of the rules</i>: -
A Crusader player who breaches any of these rules must be retired. If an opposing or spectating coach believes that a player has breached the rules, but the player was not retired, they should contact the coach with a match-link and description of what happened.

If the team as a whole breaks the rule about matching the number of opponents, they are 'fined' 30K - and must sack at least that value of players if that much is not available in the treasury.

The only teams that the Light Crusaders dislike are those who complain about some breaches of the rules, but embrace others.
