Reaching the top of the player market as well as his recent signing to write his autobiography, <i>"Brute Force - Putting The Psycho In Psychology"</i>, New Zaggarund Quake Star Player <font size="2" color="red"><b>"Terrible" Toraz Taze</b></font> decided to use some of his new found wealth in the style of his mentor and fund a Blood Bowl Team from his homeland in the Dark Wastes. Made up of the most agressive and determined players he could find, the Zaggarund Tower Pistons hope to emulate the success of the NZQ and dominate the Warseer league for years to come. Bringing his own style and training system to the club seems to be working as already the have bounced back from a vicious defeat at the hands of the Orcs to defeat a physically stronger team of Lizardmen. In a recent Exhibition game, the <b>Wobbl Thugs</b> actually conceeded and left the pitch after only twenty minutes rather than continue against the brute force and unstoppable assault the ZTP unleashed. Finally, after weeks of torment and challenges more akin to stalking, the Wobbl Thugs finally played a return game against the ZTP. In a brutal game the Pistons triumphed in a hard-fought 2-1 victory, but lost one of their own. However, casulties are inevitible in the game of Blood Bowl and Team Owner Toraz Taze had these harsh words for any future cowardly foes.

After intense negotiation, Toraz Taze and <b>Spikey</b> have finally come to an agreement over the sponsership of the Zaggarund Tower Pistons. Rumoured to be in excess of 1,000,000gp, the ZTP have big plans for the large influx of cash, including stadium refurbishments and a new coaching squad. Strong sources can confirm that Harzuk "The Demolisher" has indeed been approach by Toraz to coach the new team into a fighting heavy force. Toraz Taze had these words regarding the new Sponsership.

As of the new season, the Zaggarund Tower Pistons signed a two-year deal with <b>PowerThirst</b>, the energy drink for men. It's made with lightning. REAL lightning. Drinking powerthirst will make you good at sports, and give you gratuitous amounts of energy. The second sponser clamouring to sign the ZTP, the Pistons can now more than ever afford to get the best training and equipment to improve their game on the pitch. An early exit from their latest tournament left many fans thinking that Toraz Taze was a one hit wonder, and wouldn't be able to replicate his NZQ success. However, a series of wins later and many critics are being forced to accept that Toraz Taze, and with him the Zaggarund Tower Pistons, are indeed a force to be reckoned with.

This year the Zaggarund Tower Pistons are delighted to be working in collaboration with the world renowned charity 'Get The Ref'. GTR has been operating for the last ten years since the infamous season of '97 when over thirty league matches were played without even a single foul committed, players fearful of the referees decision. Some teams, like the infamous and well respected Kharadrim Medics, hail from this era and long for the days of honour and fair play. However, many fans long for the Blood of Blood Bowl to spill across the field, and the 'GTR' fund was set up to enable teams to do just that.
