The theme goes like this:
Any coach who wants to be on the team posts in <a href="http://fumbbl.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=16657">this thread</a> with the type of bloodbowl player they’d like to be, with reasons if possible.
I’d then attempt to skill up the player in question as if they were the player that their coach wants to them to be.

We then all have lots of lols watching me fail :)
