Rules

On-Field Rules
1) Players on field maximum - 7
2) Players on Line of Scrimmage minimum - 3 (may be reviewed)
3) Players in Wide Zone maximum - 1
4) Fouling always at +1
5) Sneaky Git is like Guard for fouling
6) Piling on re-roll injury only
7) Special Play Cards set to 0

Off-Field Rules
1) Rosters are 11 players - Rosters for all teams are both min and max 11 players, including journeymen. Every game will start 11-a-side.
2) Rosters are standard - No custom 7s rosters. Regular Bloodbowl limit on positionals.
3) No purchasing anything but players - This eliminates rerolls, cheerleaders, assistant coaches and apothecaries.
4) No Inducements - Team Value will fluctuate with the draft, and this is intended to balance the level of teams.
5) Drafting - Positionals will be immediately drafted at 16 SPPs if they are uninjured, linemen after 31. Players with permanent injuries are never drafted.

League Structure
This will be applied after testing
2 divisions, an eastern and western. Eastern tending towards EU timezone, Western towards US. This gives the maximum possible chance of finding games. Each division is an Open Round Robin tournament (or multiple ORRs depending in player numbers). After a set period (to be determined) each division is ended and teams that met a certain condition (games played) are seeded by league position for an KO tourney per division. This is like NFL style AFC and NFC. The winner of each tourney can then play a one-off game for the overall title. The idea is to reduce the number of cross-timezone games necessary while still having an overall winner of a championship.


NOTE: I will also accept existing teams into the testing. This will test team balance issues well against the starting teams. The new proposals are designed to that 'dummy' games from the old 7s are no longer necessary. However to use an existing team you'll still need one, after which you should: Fire any re-rolls, apothecary, and cheerleaders/coaches. Fire any linemen on 31+ SPPs and any positional players at 16+. Hire players back up to an 11 man team and fill in with journeymen if you don't have enough money.
