Das Underlings were formed after Vincent T. Lungbasher fled the FNBBL in 1984 after George Orkwell formed the New Lawyer Order (N.L.O.). The FNBBL grew into total chaos as the NLO’s “overthink” and “doublespeak” ran rampant. Coaches argued about the true meanings of conjunctions and prepositions as used in the LRB. Alliances and double dealings grew to be the standard of the modern-day FNBBL. Trust and honesty were words never uttered in the presence of others. Mercenary coaches and gangs of dirty players will do “anything” for a win and a bag of gold pieces. A handful of honest coaches remain to fight the good fight but Lungbasher, in order to retain his sanity, fled to a place located south of Heaven. To fill his passion for blood bowl and to become one with his soul, Lungbasher has agreed to coach a team in the All-Elf “Wimp League.” The Wimp League is a NO FOUL leagu! WTFIUWT?!?!? FIRST GAME & FIRST WIN: 6-1-04 vs Deadly Shadows Chris Da'Fib scores two TDs for Underlings and leads the team to victory! SECOND GAME & SECOND WIN: 6-7-04 vs Second Chance On the very last turn of the game, Mike Goodwinliabue jumps up, scoops up the lose football, and sprints into the EZ for the winning score! FIRST LOSS: 6-9-04 vs Lamaldar Warriors It rained ones and skulls all game long! JB is the Underlings' first casualty...a skull fell on him and niggled him! The funny thing was that it was raining only over the Underling players! 8-21-04 I am withdrawing from the "Wimp League" because of NON-PLAY! I have played one game between 6-9-04 and 8-21-04! UGH! |
