Now, their love for Khorne is absolute, their rabid fervor leading them to acts even they would have considered grotesque mere months ago. Coached by the leading philosopher/poets of the priests' order, both feared and respected, the Blood Freaks obey the coaches' every command.<br><br> This experimental combination of the brutish refuse of Chaos-driven societies and the leading theologians of Khorne was assembled in an attempt to bring more of the violent members of these worlds into an active worship of the Blood God.<br><br> Once their minds were corrected, the Beastmen that made up the original Blood Freaks roster began to train. Hundreds were weeded out in the coming months, either sacrificed to Khorne or eaten when supplies ran low. Those remaining few were a coherent bunch, the most devoted and ruthless among the devoted and ruthless. They were quickly blessed by Khorne, many of them becoming stronger, faster, better players, some even granted the wonderous mutations that all followers of Khorne yearn for. Unfortunately, few of the Blood Freaks' gifts have come without the pain that accompanies such transformations, and they are known to suffer unbearable pain from time to time.<br><br> Khorne's most devoted followers, the greatest champions of the Church's armies, Chaos Warriors, soon joined the team and Khorne was pleased. Now, however, they have moderated their religious activism, and are beginning to win back the fans of violence they sought in the first place.<br><br> <div align=center> Of course, Khorne cares not.
