The Warp in the name does not refer to Warpstone these guys are just plain deranged. Each and every one of them a renegade from their clans is being hunted down, So they figured why not seek some glory in their final days and if they can spread their message of defiance at the same time all the better. A rookie team with rookie coach Alchemike of Mordheim decided that where better to ply their trade than the 145 league. Their first season was a mixed bag with some glorious victories including a 6-0 v's Da Dyrtee Killaz and most triumphant was a 4-0 v's the Lizzies Ellen Ripley's Friends. However to many draws and losses to Marteleurs du Pic Gris and Desperately Seeking Zara proved costly meaning the rats missed out on the championship games. Not deterred by this they regrouped and entered the 145 KO Shield LVI a tough first game against the Delves Dagobah Skinners saw them narrowly progress as 2-1 victors. The Semis was a more one sided affair with a 4-0 victory against a somewhat war-torn Birnam Hill Rangers. The final was a more grand affair with a 2-0 first half lead quickly being turned around back to 2-1 early in first half and a very nervous few minutes which could have gone either way but it was a victory none the less and Turbulant Titans took their anger out on team and club captain Azhak who was killed, twice! As a mark of respect the shirt was retired and now his bastard child Azhak Jr. has been drafted in, only time will tell if he becomes the player his father once was! To be continued............... |
