The team consists only of former footballplayers. No player who is sill active in their career can join the team. This is a team for older players who felt like giving the footballscene another go. Some of them come to glory yet again, others will parrish into another oblivion of being forgotten all over again. And not too many players from the same country can be on the team. One will never see 5 brazilians or germans on the team at the same time. Whenever an opponent kills or puts a player up for retirement, he can give a suggestion to a player on the team.
