Founded in 2474, the Crypt Crushers are the team created by the famous Necromancer Zanthar Baldimane who successfully saw his previous team, the 'Stinkin Saltdogs' to the first qualifying round of the 2472 Chaos Cup finals, only to have them all destroyed in the great Oestermark Witchhunt later in the same year. After barely escaping that disaster, Baldimane raised his team in the far south of the Empire and scraped a meagre living in the outer settlement leagues until he had enough money to bring his team back into the big leagues. Changing the name of his team to the Crypt Crushers, Zanthar Baldimane is back in the majors now looking to pick up where he left off with the Saltdogs, in search of fame, fortune and the illustrious Bloodbowl trophies every aspiring coach dreams about. |
