As an institution of the Hawaiian Archipelago we play by Hawaii Rules.
That is to say:
  1. Honolulu must throw a pass on the turn they score.
  2. Honolulu players cannot make backwards passes.
  3. As an exception to rule 2, Dump-Off passes are allowed to travel backwards.
  4. As an exception to rule 1, Honolulu players may score if a Dump-Off pass was caught on the last defensive turn.
  5. As an exception to rule 1, Honolulu players may score if a pass was intercepted on the last defensive turn.
  6. As an exception to rule 1, Honolulu players may score if the ball is at rest in the opposing end-zone.
  7. As an exception to rule 1, Honolulu players may score if it is turn 8 of a half and there are no reasonable passing plays available.
