All the workers are kept on their toes by the constant threat of 'managerial restructuring' that sees them sent to join the team on the pitch.

Under the watchful eye of the management they struggle away, knowing that one mistake will see them standing in front of an angry orc, with a hungry vampire manager breathing down their necks.

This has led to the company motto 'Dare To Be Stupid'. Strangely enough most employees don't dare.
