| Sweetbay, a little halfling village near Marienburg is known throughout the Empire for it's delicious pancakes. A lot of people visiting the great city make a trip to Sweetbay just because of the great food. As the town flourished the town council(The Great Table of Chefs) decided that they have to do something to attract more people to Sweetbay. After weeks of dispute they finally made a decision; a new Blood Bowl team should be created, and a new stadium built. The team was recruited from young, local halflings and named Sweetbay Pancakes. The council was able to seduce two nearby living treeman to play for the team. In their first game they met an ugly chaos team at home, suffering a horrific eleven casulaties, lost 3-1. But the team didn't collapse and the fans showed that they are behind the team in every situation. They alway have a full stadium, filled with locals and other halfling-fans from Marienburg. It is said that their food in the stadium is one of the best in the Empire. |
