In a tavern in the mighty city of Altdorf there was once a conversation held going something like that:

Person A: "Hey my friend, I am looking for a coach who would work with my team."
Person B: "Mh. You think you are the only person looking for that? There are so many coaches around, just pick one."
Person A: "Well, the problem is, we are a bunch of average men, we don't have anyone who ever played before and well we don't have that much money. But we are willing to train very hard."
Person B: "Let me think... maybe you want to talk to the Doc".
Person A: "Dr. Who?"
Person B: "Not Dr. Who. That is someone else. You are looking for Dr. Strangelove. He doesn't worry and loves long bombs."
Person A: "Thanks, going to find him".

Shortly afterwards Franz Xaver was talking to the Doc. They agreed on the conditions and the Imperial Roadrunners were born.

The Roadrunners developed from a bunch of commons to a better known team and a secret choice to bet on.

After game 16 Franz Xaver retired since he got seriously injured. His son Fritz Xaver took the captain badge from him.
