Orcs and spelling - an endless story. The coach got exactly what he ordered.




Time for a little resumé after 100 matches.

The Bulk turned out to be not quite as subpar as one might have expected. Hiring the Hulk would not necessarily have proven beneficial. Bulk is doing a tremendous job of bulkily standing in the oppositon's way - whenever he isn't distracted too much by a blade of grass or something. He also never missed a single match.

Wolverine on the other hand would most likely have lasted quite a bit longer than his weaker cousins. It's amazing how many of them had to be replaced.

The Silver Surfer never had to fear competition either, his cousins were always cut short before they could achieve real greatness..though there is still hope for one or two and they performed solidly while the inferior metal powers lasted. Lead turned out to be too fragile an element and had to be replaced, though.

Just like the Human Torch on his worst days, the goblin candle never got to be a real team player. A few left the team out of sheer frustration when they came to realize that their flying ability was all the coach was after.



In the end the Bulk finally had no strength left to continue playing - but enough to knock out the coach when he wanted to force him. Without the Bulk, the team quickly dissolved..
