What is an Orc?

A fighting machine made of muscle, hide, talon and tusk, with a villainous disposition and a mean sense of humor.
Fierce, cruel, dim-witted and as likely to attack each other as they are the enemy.
But what if things were different? What if, instead of attacking as a ragtag mob, they were organized?
