The Gris Swamp of South Lark Island is known for four things: Constant rain, twisted vines, tropical heat, and constant rain.

While the rain may occasionally dampen their fans' spirit, as well as their practice field, several experts think that it may be soon known for a fifth thing, their local sponsored Orc team, the Green Machine. (Or perhaps a sixth, they're starting to get famous for their rain too.)

Formed during a break when the local rainberry harvest was rained out, the coaching staff was made up of those local orcs with sense to come in out of the rain, and the team made of those who did not.

Did I mention the rain?

About the Five Birds Alliance: A totally made up fake way of referring to the teams created by me, Pentalarc. Penta Larc, five Larks, five birds, get it? Not a league, just a way of adding some background worldbuilding and referencing my former tabletop Blood Bowl playing (which I haven't done in forever. Why I'm now wanting to do it online.)
