These tough men were traders bored of life working in the busy markets of Averheim. Strong from their labours they decide to put their physiques to the test as a Blood Bowl team for "Easy" coin. Meanwhile having crowds following their new fame couldn't do any harm to their business could it?.. First game was an exciting win v Chaos while the Norse who followed were no problem. The Plebeians doubters were initially silenced. Next up a weak effort against Skaven ending in a 3-2 defeat. Maybe it isn't easy.. A lizardmen side wanting to recover was up next, the blighters side stepped around like crazy but we got them in the end. Wilhelmus, the ex-fisherman is developing nicely as he enjoys his new calling so far. Then with some mistakes we fell against ponderous Khemri. They were a shocking sight to these men. With rival humans up next we managed to get back to winning ways. Then Undead, so it goes on as the crowds grow... The Plebeians continued to do well, and Aldo "The Butcher" developed more impressive strength, but injuries and deaths came too- not a game for the peaceful family man this. Got to a respectable 8-2-2 after the first 12 games. The Plebeians team was a success! They were true plebs once, but now heroes! A couple of hard matches followed but their was always an old contact from Averheim training up and ready to step in. But next our strong Captain Aldo the Butcher and Fato "the Muscle", our Ogre, were slaughtered by Chaos! We had scraped into a season's Human Conference Top 10 but our money ran out and we wondered where would the new power come from? After a break they have come back fighting with a couple of wins. Gevehard "The Woodcutter" doing awesome... But next game he was piled on and retired by a Cwarf! This bashing was tough. Eventually we came back but suffered 3 RIPS in a turn v Underworld and another narrow defeat from pact leaving us poor again. But we continued on.. Some of the Plebeians are regarded as almost Elvish with great agility. Our most Elvish-like player the speedy Wilhelmus "fisher King" Klose was killed by a Dwarf Longbeard in match 28 which was huge loss. But at least an angry Paulus "The Butcher" avenged him by killing that Dwarf in response in the 2nd half. The early win rate has dropped like a stone and mid TV up life is proving much more tough. But we keep scrapping away. Loss of blitzers and money has really put the team in dire straights. After 8 games without a win we got back to having 4 blitzers and managed to win our 43rd match, against Elves. We won both 44th and 45th for 7 unbeaten but were again down to 2 Blitzers. After match 48 Jesiah had somehow led us to 6 wins in a row and 10 unbeaten, despite loners! We got back to a full side for games 49, 50, 51. But in the 51st superstar Jesiah was clawed to death! A monumental blow. A blitzer was also retired, and the team lies in ruins with no stars to save us. But over the following games we get rebuilding. After match 57 we have a monstrous fan base (ff 11)!
