As to their mascot, the Zebra is a reminder that every disease and every patient is unique and special. Most programs teach their pupils, "When you hear hooves, you think horses, not zebras." Buboe State wants to remind its students to look to the Zebra for inspiration: it is the uncommon disease which will most often will elude the poorly-educated doctors other schools put out, and it is in the single and unique patient that the blessings of Nurgle can manifest most beautifully.
