In a bustling human city, tucked away in a corner of the realm, the elvish enclave of Highgate rests. This is where the Highgate Hellcats was born, founded by the twins, Isabella and Ava. The journey of the Hellcats started in the face of rejection. The local Blood Bowl teams in this small city, bound by their biases, dismissed the twins' attempts to join, solely because they were elves. Isabella and Ava, however, didn't let the jeers of 'Bugger off pointy ears!' deter them. Fueled by a desire to prove their worth, they took matters into their own hands. The twins rallied their friends, fellow elves who shared their enthusiasm for the game. Together, they formed their own team, the Highgate Hellcats, and entering the local league which had once excluded them, the Hellcats quickly made their mark. Their journey through the league was largely a series of one-sided matches. With each game, they demonstrated not just their skill but also their deep understanding of the game. Their victories, hard-earned and well-deserved, made their detractors shake their heads and begrudgingly admit that maybe those 'pointy eared gits' can play after all. Having triumphed in the local league, the Highgate Hellcats, led by Isabella and Ava, are now aiming for greater heights. Their next target is the Wilkinson Sword, highest prize of the prestigious OSBBL. For the Hellcats, it's not just about winning; it's about showing the world that Elves can pay Blood Bowl too! |
