Brookings Asylum for Gnomes Harboring the Impression They Are Really Elves (BAG-HIT-ARE) has in recent years seen a disturbing number of patients. As cutbacks were also faced, the head psychiatrist, Dr. Jonathan Doolittle, has decided to field a Blood Bowl team in order to bring their numbers down a bit.

Their clumsy and failed attempt to play a quick passing game elven-style has given the team few victories, but a loyal and huge following. "They are bloodbowls equivalent of Urkel!" one deligthed fan has commented.

This ridicule has only prompted the team to work three times as hard to prove that they are in fact elves.
