| High up in the Cragok Mountains lives many large tribes of orcs, all within close proximity of each other. Countless raids and warring occurred for years until the three main tribes warlords called a truce. The truce couldn’t last for long without some sort of violence, and eventually blood bowl was introduced to the region. The ‘controlled’ venting of violence has calmed the warring tribes down (as much as is possible for orcs!) and various teams from the tribes compete in a league each year to see which tribe is the most brutal. In the past 5 years the Cragok Crusaders have proven to be a powerhouse in the league, winning the last 3 years in a row, and also the cup for the past 5 years. Some say that the Crusaders success in the cup opened up the door to league success by providing nearly unlimited resources to recruit and train players. All that is known for sure is that the Crusaders have expanded so rapidly, easily averaging 30,000+ spectators at all of their home matches, that they are looking for new challenges……..and the national leagues are next!!! Lets just hope that they are ready for the CRUSADERS!!! |
