I was asked if I wanted to join the ongoing bet between the "Happy Valley Berry Boys" and their rival Halfling team "Pure Talent". The idea is to see who is the better coach with a Halfling team! Seeing as the two already involved are questionable coaches to begin with (wink), I accepted the challenge.

The ongoing arrangments is that each Halfling team must play every race once & only once! The team can never retire untill all 21 games are played & they can never concede a match. All teams started the tourney with rookie rosters!

Think you're tough enough to face the 'flings? BRING IT ON! (But make sure that you also bring extra snacks).

Vs. Orcs - 1-0 Victory! (Cas 1-0 - with one dead 'fling from a dodge)

Vs. Chaos 1-1 Tie (Cas 1-0 for the mighty halflings!)
Game#3
vs Ogres 2-0 Victory (Cas 3-3 with 2 SI ogres! - take that you brutes!)
Game#4
vs Humans 1-2 loss (Cas 0-2 Yellowjacket's smooshing was at my own hands so did not count!)

vs Nurgle's Rotters 1-0 Victory (No casualties for either side)

vs Dwarves 1-1 Tie (1-6 Casualties including 3 dead 'flings! But I expected as much with dwarves!)
Game#7
vs Norse 1-1 Tie (1-6 Casualties, 5 of the flings being hurt in the first 3 turns! A miracle that I was still able to score in the second half).

vs Chaos Dwarves 1-1 Tie (1-2 casualties - my best halfling dies on a trip)

vs Goblins 1-0 Victory (0-2 casualties - including 1 RIP)

vs Vampires 0-1 loss (1-4 casualties) - Forgot to buy secret ingredients! Argh!

vs Khemri 2-0 Win (4-3 casualties - 3 by Beehive alone!) highlight was mummy being knocked down by a thrown halfling!

vs Wood Elves 1-2 Loss (3-3 Casualties) 2 line elves SI and one dead! Good luck in your next game buddy! That's what you get when you mess with the Bees!
Game#13
vs Dark elves Win (1-1) Casualties, both BH) a close game, both of my TDs were by his surrendering the ball on a muffed play, and the 'flings being in the right place at the right time to make him pay for it.

vs Undead (0-1) Loss (2-3) Casualties, all mine were BH and all his regen'd) I hate to blame the dice but when you fail EVERY three dice block your tree makes.....
Game #15
vs Elves (1-1) Tie (2-3) Casualties. A good game - typical elves were hard to pin down and typical halflings were pulling off crazy plays!
Game #16
vs Lizardmen (1-1) Tie (0-7!!!) Casualties. A very exciting game. Despite the serious beating I took at the hands of the lizzies, I still managed to keep him at bay - largely due to the fact that he failed to pick up the ball about four turns in a row! One bee even picked up the ball and with two GFI made it to the goal line (but could not cross it....)

vs High Elves (2-1) Win (3-2) Casualties. I started with only ten players, but luckily the elves were not up for the game and many got knocked out or put out permanantly.

vs Necro (0-2) Loss (1-3) Casualties What is it with these sidline undead teams? Just like the Vampires, I forgot to take the chef and it cost me huge. No other comments.

vs Amazons (2-1) Win (0-6) Casualties. I won, but at what cost! The team was decimated! 6 Casualties, 5 of which were SI and 4 of which were niggles. Those 'zons play rough!
Game #20
vs Skaven (1-2) Loss (1-4) Casualties. Should have cherry picked this one! Two DPs and 2 Claws. Then he got the ref at the beginning of the first half. Highlight was me scoring on his ten rats with only three halflings (not even a TTM!)
