Game 1: 0-2 loss vs. Human
First team, first game, a complete debacle. Lost QB on first series. Bad communication between coach and team, signals got crossed, confusion rampant, luck of 20% didn't help. 2nd quarter slightly better, missed TD by 1 turn. 2-0 loss, but Sweetness still got 5 pts before getting KO'd in the first half! Lost Regina White to injuries for a game, and that will shorten her career (N). Live and learn... but mainly live...

Due to a TOTAL screw up in accounting and an overlooked clause in the fine print, the team just ended up with a Wizard, instead of a 2nd thrower, Ellie Johnway, as intended. 70k down the tubes, the management and coaching staff is furious...

~ Game 2: loss v. Norse
A game against Norse, who manhandled the Amo's like... Vikings manhandlng women! Another "character building" effort, only 30k gate, spirits are low.

~Game 3: 0-2 loss vs. D'Elfs
3rd game, against Dark Elves, and another loss, but only 2-0, and a good gate, and twice we ~threatened~ to score! Also, despite every effort to give Sweetness, MVP from the 1st game, a skill, one of the linemen fell into it. Also Josie, the thrower. And picked up a new Blitzer, Kay Nitschke. 13 WILL be a lucky number!... Ever forward to greatness...

50k more will gain a 2nd thrower, and all key positions filled. Backup Linemen are in the future.

(~ Not Game 4)
(There was almost a 4th game, but the 'Bomb suddenly lost all communication, and was teleported out of the stadium! When they got back hours later, altho' the first couple plays had been saved, there was no sign of the other team. It's unclear if this game will ever be finished, or how it will be recorded. "Iced " something- Norsers)

Good thing, maybe- we were getting kicked even in those short minutes, and one of the Blitzers had a niggler!)

~ Game 4: 1:1 Tie vs. Orcs
So, in the actual 4th game against an orc team, true to form, the gates only produced 40k, 10 k short for their Thrower! BUT, it was a great game, where the 'Bomb also produced their first Non-Loss! Yes, down to only 7 players vs 11, and no receivers, they tied it up in an epic struggle, a great game where they actually ran a play or two! And, somehow, despite the carnage no LT injuries! Recommended Noob watching, for some basic ideas and dumb mistakes, and a Pitch Invasion that stuns the middle 5 players to begin the game. Esp when the orcs (Blud Rivva Bukaneers), with a 1-0 lead, could have stalled in the last play of the game, but decided to Go For It for another TD, and literally gave the win away. The 'Bomb celebrated like it was the Bowl Cup!

(Game 5 0-1 loss vs. Chaos Dwarf)

~Game 6~
2-0 win vs. Chaos
Went well, vs beastmen, despite R White's niggle acting up. Kept forgetting that a 1d block isn't a 1d blitz w/ "horns". Tried to stall twice, gave up ball twice, but recovered and scored both times. Control and patience. (Yeah, keep telling myself that.)

Hired another lineman, F. B'ltnikov. Have 4 Blitzers (max), 2 Catchers (max), still only 1 Thrower. Room for 1 more Thrower or Lineman, or next- save for another RR?
