Proceeded to fumble everything and even hurt themselves. And Sire Talooned Punch perished, joining the pile of skulls on His Lord's brass throne. 2nd match was vs some Goblin escapees, Gurfs An attempt was made to offer up a goblin to the Blood God. As a result, Lord Iron Fist got a smashed knee... Still working out what the game was and which end to block with... True Maniacs stuff. Team destroyed after two matches. Lord Iron Fist joined the coaching staff. 3rd match saw Wipfelhopser come out of the woods. The Wood elves were itching for action and the Maniacs decided to accomodate them. As the match get's underway and the Treeman was knockdown. Seeing this and a fellow lineman getting hurt, the rest of the elves fled from the field... This single victory sewn terror among their eventual opponents. First it was Bill`s Rotters, who were too afraid to face the Maniacs. Then there was BangBummBang, that fled with their tails between their legs. After that, DFU's blood froze at the sight of the Maniacs and they scampered off. And then it was Quick end Weak's turn, who were too coward to accept the challenge. Then Mickey's Buddies scurried away screeching in panic. Afterwards, Desde Las Alcantarillas turned tail and fled as the Maniacs arrived. Even Ternera Podrida was devoid of guts to face the Maniacs. Next, it was Portadores del Kaos's turn to show their cowardice. 4th match finally saw some worthy opponents stepping up to the challenge. Myths or not came looking for trouble and the Maniacs were glad to oblige. They immediately got at each other's thoats and soon started redecorating the pitch. Blood red was the colour of choice... After a timeout the Maniacs redoubled their efforts and pounded the Norsemen into the dirt. And a Lineman was offered to the Blood God! After these huge successes mighty Grom Brin'dhal joined the Maniacs' cause! Terror was upon everyone who laid eyes on the Maniacs once again. Dorios were the first, as they fled as fast as they legs could carry them. 5th match saw some cool kids of the block apperaring over the horizon. They issued a challenge that the Maniacs immideately accepted. The battle is underway and the Maniacs start pounding. Soon Grrruuuuuf get's a smashed hand that is beyond the Apoth's ability to mend... Then a Goblin was offered up to the Blood God as tribute! Grrruuuuuf joined the coaching staff. The Maniacs' reputation keeps taking its tool. NBL Creeps ran away in panic at their sight. Then it was Hai Elves' turn to keep their distance. 6th match was vs Topastri di Miragliano accepted the challenge. The blood started flowing immediately. The lowly skaven were pounded into the dirt left and right. And so imersed were they in the bloodletting, they fumbled almost every attempt at the football. Teams keep running for their lives Even we born to win sacttered in panic. 7th match saw some fiendish Festerheart's Filth throw a challenge. The Maniacs accepted and started to get mauled. Every time they tried to hit the rotting filth, they would end up knocked down. But the kept at it, being hurt did not make them falter! Even Grom Brin'dhal failed to finish the match. Terror is the Maniac's opponents middle name. Bestmans of Doom scattered towards the horizon at their sight. 8th match was vs Hair Club for 'flings. The Maniacs stepped onto the gridiron with murderous intent as usual. And soon they start pumelling the little Halflings. Naturally, as a return strike, the Halflings 1st attemp at the Maniacs takes its toll. Gnuuuuuu was killed and was beyond the apoth's cares. As a final act a Halfling was offered up to the Blood God, but their apoth saved him. After the match, Roooaaar aged beyond his years... But kept his scary appearance. Vulkan Rangers fled at the sight of the Maniacs. Then, it was RC dragoon's star's turn to run from the Maniacs. After that, -ism adopted a truism, run rather than face the wrath of the Maniacs. Cocktail Mixers were next on the roll of panicked teams. 9th match was vs Niggled, who stepped up to the challenge. The Maniacs relished the opportunity for bloodletting. The Maniacs started pounding and fumbling the ball, as usual. They rally and go at it again, balancing the score and painting the gridiron red. A Wardancer was going to be ritually offered up to the Blood God, but their meddling apothecary prevented it. After the match, Sire Razor Fingers aged beyond his years... 10th match was vs Gnomes of Certain Doom, who saw Sire Razor Fingers' fate and decided to take adavantage... The Maniacs decided to oblige them, naturally. The Maniacs get things going and after being fouled with murderous intent... They striked back and got first blood for the Blood God, but kept getting pounded around, naturally. They forgot to don armour and went onto the gridiron wearing nothing but bloodlust. After their valiant beating, they kept scaring opponents away. Respawned were next. Ratman Returns quickly followed their example as well. 11th match was vs Chaotic Monumentals. They were about to take flight for their deep mountain dwelings, but reconsidered. They quickly started pounding the Maniacs into the ground. They tried valiantly to fight back but were too intent on skulls to do blocking properly. But they never let down... After the match the Maniacs got some extra practice training to improve their perfomance on the gridiron. 12th match was vs Norsmanni. They stepped onto the gridiron in great numbers, to face but a few Maniacs. Sire Razor Fingers wasn't feeling ok, but the apoth patched him up. The norsemen started pounding the Maniacs. Revenge was swift, and in the ensuring melee a Norseman was offered up to the Blood God! That took the fight right out of the puny humans. Blood for the Blood God. After this murderous display, opponents kept running away. Omis Gemüsegarten put their tails between their legs and ran as fast as their filthy paws allowed them. Popes of Mope were next on the chicken list. After that, Bind, Torture and Kill got scared of being blinded, tortured and killed themselves. 13th match was vs Great Plan of the Old Ones And what a charmer it was. The Maniacs got trounced from the get go and fumbled tha ball every chance they got. Perhaps they'll remember how to hold the ball or throw a block for the next match. And wear some armour, so that not only a handfull will end a match. 14th match was vs Royal Flush Some bloodsuckers accepted these bloothisrty Maniacs' challenge. The blood soon started flowing, mainly from the vamp's small escorts. The rain messed up everyone plans to play, so they all had fun bashing. Eventually a Thrall was offered up to the Blood God and shared around. A happy ending to bond with the new found friends. Blood for the Blood God. Pug Fugly followed suit and ran off. 15th match then saw the Pain Harvesters issue an unrefusabale challenge Soon the blood started flowing. Maniacs all over the place and a stepp bloody tribute being haverted from the opposition They fought back and tried to offer Groooaaan to their own foul Gods but the apoth intervened The Maniacs kept dishing out the pain to the opposition And it was topped with Gnaaaash offering up a Beastman to the Blood God! The Maniacs train really hard after the match and improve their Team Re-rolling ability. Blood for the Blood God. Once again the Maniacs scared opponents away... The Daemon Legion fled to the wastes shrieking in terror. After that, Human Resorts took flight as well. And soon after Wolves Incoming were howling in fear and running with their tails between their legs. 16th match saw Stealt About take up the challenge others were afraid of. The game was soon underway and the Maniacs smashed them to bits. They fought back and Bleeeeet got a smashed hand, but the apoth patched him up. It was hard fought but the Maniacs persevered! After the last performance, opponents were yet again reluctant to face the Maniacs. Bushido - Way of the Samurai thought it best to go another way, being so scared... 17th match was vs Romulan Star Empire. The Maniacs didn't get a full team on the pitch and soon balanced numbers. The rats got back in the game but the Maniacs mauled some more. Despite the beating the rats got back in the match. The Maniacs reputation is such that even the hardest opponents dread to face them. Schmerztal Darkbones slipped back into their graves when the Maniacs approached... 18th match was vs fellow worshipers Blood on Dancefloor The match was underway and soon Sire Spiked Hand would have fallen to the deviants... He was saved by the apothecary on the eleventh hour... After that Grom Brin'dhal got a smashed hand... Then Sire Razor Fingers got a smashed hip... Afterwards Roooaaar got a fractured leg... Lord Mailed Gauntlet get's killed on the last turn... Wearing war paint instead of armour has this effect... Blood for the Blood God. Despite the upset, the Maniacs reputation did not suffer. Dirty Rotten Lineorcs were more yellow than green when they saw the Maniacs comming... 19th match was vs Rasta Rats who were as gritty as warpstone First move of the match get's a Fractured Leg for Sire Spiked Hand going for it... Saved by the apothecary once again. Hard fought match, noone giving any ground. Tried offering up a Gutter runner, but their foetid apoth stopped the ritual. After the Maniacs get the lead Rooooowlf gets killed on the line of scrimage... And Bleeeeet gets a Smashed Hand soon after... Blood for the Blood God. The Maniacs fearsome reputation keeps scaring opponents away FC Raholec ran away like fairies deep into the forest, they made like a tree... Then, Voting is For Sissies behaved like scared little girls and fled as well... 20th match saw Murkwood Crushers taking up the Maniac's Challenge The game gets underway and the pounding begins. Lots of blood from very few players, getting mauled as usual. But the Maniacs showed true grit all the way. 21st match was vs Sauerkraut. They threw the gauntlet and the Maniacs decided to run it. The Maniacs started the pounding soon enough, eager to get at the opposition. Bodies started flying all around, the Maniacs with the upper hand for a change! Then the ranks of the Maniacs started thinning out. Maaaaash would be laid to rest were it not for the apothecary's intervention. As retribution the Maniacs offered up their Minotaur to the Blood God! And a Chaos Warrior was ritualy murdered soon after as well. Blood for the Blood God! 22nd match was vs Slaaneshi Wonderwomen who accepted the Maniacs challenge Soon enough a Beastman would be offered up in sacrifice were it not for their apoth's intervention. Then Snooooort got a Smashed Ankle but the apothecary patched him up. The Maniacs came back to their old selves and got mauled. Even the KOs were casualties as they never made it back... And it was crowded in there. Finally, Snooort got a Broken Jaw for his troubles... Despite the recent upset, the Maniacs keep scaring opponents away. This time it were Remake Of Evil who ran away in terror. Soon after, Takony Gyilkosok cowered like frightned little children and whimpered as they fled. Then, Hei Ti Tei screamed in terror and scatterd before the Maniacs. After that, Le checche del bosco were to frightned to come out of hidding... 23rd match was vs Silverblood Knights who valiantly accepted the challenge. The Maniacs started pounding and strewing the opponents bodies about. Then a Lineman would be offered up in sacrifice were it not for their apoth's intervention. The Maniacs onslaught kept going. They were unlike themselves ever before, giving in to the bloodlust. 24th match was vs My First and My Last cold blooded challengers. The Maniacs were immediately pounded, losing a couple of players in the 1st blocks. The Maniacs try to retribute in kind as they get beaten around... Being knocked so hard, they forgot how to play and fumbled everything. Gnaaaash would have been killed were it not for the timely intervention of the apothecary. But the Maniacs will be back on the pitch again. Hearing of the Maniacs great exploits Grom Dahl'brin joined their ranks. 25th match saw Occult Oddities stepping onto the gridiron to face the Maniacs. The Maniacs started to get pounded immediately... But came back fighting and pounded some of them back. But they got the ref and it was downhill for the Maniacs from then onwards. Gnaaaash get's a Pinched Nerve just to make the point. The Manicas reputation keeps frightning opponents away. Hiperion turned tail, fled into their black ark and set sail... 26th match was vs Khornes Murder Squad, another bloodthirsty sect of the Blood God! The teams get at each other right away and the bodies start pilling on like matchwood. The Maniacs start getting mauled right away, as only they know how. But they never gave up despite the griveous damage. The Maniacs train really hard after re-doing plays over and over again. Which naturally led to more teams being scared like hell of them. Paws were the nex with a case of the jitters that sent them scampering off. Then, Brutal's Crew and Ogre thought he'd be left with no crew and minus an Ogre... After that, Blood Evils got chilled to their bloodless bones and shuffled away... Then, Pain Harvesters were terrified of the amout of pain the Maniacs might deliver them. Then it was Wood Elfes' turn to turn tail and flee to the tree line. After that, Maya Line were to afraid to end the lineage and ran away too. 27th match was vs The Terrible Dark Secret who never turn down a challenge. Gnaaaash was indisposed to play for the match. The Manicas started the bloodbath but they kept regenerating. Then the opposition retributed the blooding. Grom Dahl'brin would have been put to rest were it not for the apothecary's timely intervention. The Maniacs fought back with redoubled fiercenesss and mauled them for a change. After that match, the opponents got even more scared. Fefos lost their nerve as soon as they spotted the Maniacs and fled as fast as they could. Then, UFO Cowboy thought the Maniacs were out of this world and their blood chilled, and they fled. Soon, Flachpfeifens 4th try followed suit and ran away with their tails between their legs. Seeing this, Hawkheim Harlequins ran away as fast as their legs could carry them at the sight of the Maniacs. Then, Gudaris Returns, not feeling quite chaotic, were too afraid to step up to the challenge. Ghost Night Riders soon followed suit and retreated to their Black Ark where they cowered in fear. Even the brutal Remake Of Evil cowered in terror and squealed and scattered like frightened little girls as they saw the Maniacs approach. Then, God of Blood wasn't more more than a bunch of the god of cowardice worshippers and ran away too. 28th match was vs brave Netheryn Nightmares. They brought on a terrible wizard intent on doing massive damage to the Maniacs. The Maniacs are undounted by this and start trashing the opposition. They mauled the druchii to oblivion and back, cutting their numbers in swathes. They were unstoppable for once! And so the Maniacs keep scaring opponents away. Now, it was Screwdriver in the Neck that ran off to hide under Grandfather Nurgle's sores. 29th match was vs Sweetest Honey, who came forwar with a challenge. Gnaaaash was indisposed, but the apoth patched him up. Under the influence of Morrslieb, both warbands experienced a flurry of mutations. Snooort would have been killed, were it not for the moons influence. And the Maniacs got completely mauled as usual! But they compensate by managing to run from the opposition with the ball for a while. 30th match was vs Men Who keep Their Promises The Druuchi came and issued a challange that was promptly accepted. And got mauled from the start yet again, in true Maniacs tradition... Spuuuuurt would be killed on the spot, were it not for the apothecary's timely intervention... And the Maniacs forgot how to play, fumbling everything, from blocks to handling the ball... Must be the weird moon... Even Lord Hard Knuckles would have died were it not for it's strange powers. As would Raaaaarrr... Less than half the team was able to play the 2nd half. Despite the maulings, the Maniacs kept frightning even the hardest opponents. Bergrisar were so scared they ran off. 31st match was vs Frozen Core, some Druchii that wanted some blood. And the Maniacs were performing worse than ever. Not a block went right, not a ball was handled. Must be the foul moon. Never seen them so inept at everything. Still, managed to finish the match... After the match the Maniacs got some extra practice training to improve their pitiful perfomance on the gridiron. The Maniacs reputation is as fierce as ever. This time, it was Treestar who ran away, too afraid face the Maniac's wrath. 32nd match was vs Dwarks. Druchii seem to like facing the Maniacs. And the Maniacs promptly failed everything they tried... So they resorted to bloodthirsty violence and started pounding the elves into the dirt. And thus they ran off the gridiron and the match wasn't even properly underway... As a result, even die hard teams ran away from the Maniacs. Next, it was mutant dogs turn to run off with their tails between their legs. Then, Dorum Dire thought they would be in dire straights facing the Maniacs and so they fled. Even the legendary Infamous Blokes were too afraid to face the Maniacs. No wonder they're infamous... The Maniacs reputation keeps frightening opponents away. Bleeder's considered it but figured they would be doing most of the bleeding and ran off. Then Blood Cultist Return quiver in fear, admit they are pussies, and return to the wastes... 33rd match was vs Weatherstation Alfa. The sons of Ulthuan came for a skirmish. The Maniacs begin strong and start pounding away, but the elves return even harder. Lord Iron Fist even got a Damaged back, but the apoth patched him up. Bodies started flying everywhere and blood flowed like wine on a Roman binge. Tried to offer up an elf as sacrifice but their meddly apothecary interrupted the ceremony. Snooort didn't have that luck... Killed on the spot. Maniacs got mauled pretty badly as usual. Gnaaaash got a Fractured leg and was never the same again... Blood for the Blood God! The Manicas continue the rampage and opponents flee before them. Green Boys changed colour to yellow and ran as fast as they could for the treeline. Then, Dread At The Controls were too afraid to face them and scuttled away in fear. Afterwards, Lightening League cowered in their black ark and sailed away. 34th match was vs the brave Torpedo Rattenheim. The Maniacs quickly started making short work of the vile ratmen. Plenty where strewn about and not standing again. Naturally, it was short lived and soon there was Maniac blood flowing... Maaaaash got a Smashed Knee and the apoth only looked in disbelief. And the Maniacs completely mishandled the ball from then on. Raaaaarrr ended up dead as a result of failing every action from the Maniacs. A skaven was being ritually offered up to the Blood God, but the ritual was prevented by their meddling apoth. Despite their current bloodshed, the Maniacs keep frightening opponents away. The Gentle Bowlers were too scared that the Maniacs wouldn't be gentle at all. Then, the Blood Blues Band packed up and left, too afraid not to ever be able to play the blues again. 35th match was vs the mighty Ten Tackles. Groooaaan got juiced up before the match the the Maniacs surging in to kick the ball. Mooooooh immediately got a fractured leg, but the apoth patched him good. Just as the apoth fled the field, Grom Dahl'brin was booted to death. And all before the ball hitting the pitch from the air. Naturally, all downhill for the Maniacs from there. Gnaaaash was gouged out of the match. 7 out in the 1st half alone. 7 for the 2nd half. Blood for the Blood God! Still, the Maniac's bloody reputation kept scaring opponets away. Cabbies on Crack caught a cab and tried to clear up the system from crack, as they fled from the Maniacs. Then it was Star Trek The Next Generation who felt their time might be up if they faced the Maniacs. After that, the Caged Rats were afraid they would be put to death. Then, it was Sexy Vicius in Ogreland that screeched like grots and ran off. 36th match was vs the bloodthirsty Drunken Fumbbl Maaaaash was not feeling up to it but the apoth patched him up enough to step onto the gridiron. The Maniacs immediately started getting mauled and Laaaaamb was badly hurt. Retribution was swift, in good Maniac's fashion! The response was mighty and Maaaaash was immediately killed. But the Maniacs got hyped on the blood and they started scattering bodies left and right! Blood for the Blood God! After such sterling performance Grom Brinner joined the Maniacs' ranks. Thus making the Maniacs' reputation as fierce as ever. Misty Mountain Hop lost their nerve and ran to the hills. As a result, Grom Brinner mutated severely and was turned from an Ogre into a Minotaur. Siklesmere Source issue a challenge. 37th match is underway with the dwarves receiving. The Maniacs start pounding away and take out an orange crested Slayer. Then the teams just start whaling at each other. Sire Spiked Hand is saved by the apothecary's intervention. What a close call! Then the Maniacs start getting pounded into the dirt! They fight back valiantly and manage to hold the onslaught and persevere! After the match Albert Hideousorc left and Jack Silentsnake took the training spot in the team. Cloverfield Corpse Carriers got too scared they would be ones carried away for good and fled from the Maniacs. 38th match was against Vailwynd Valiant's showing they are worth of their name. The Maniacs start ploughing into the elves lines. Still the nimble ones fight back and keep their ground. The Maniacs kept tripping up on their bootlaces and letting the elves pass them by. After a bloody skirmish the Maniacs came up on top. After the match Jack Silentsnake made the team. Grooooowl, attracted by the war-band's success, joined in as well. The Maniac's reputation kept causing damage The Vailwynd Valiant's revealed not to be so valiant after all as they fled before the Maniac's power Afterwards, the Angry Newscasters were scared their demise would be the last news they would cover Then it were Boys in the Hoods who fled with all haste leaving their hoods behind 39th match was against the mighty Pink troll goes to ranked The Pink Troll starts its rampage... ...And the Maniacs start falling off the gridiron. Less than half the team remained after a few scant turns. And the Maniacs get grilled like few times before. Blood for the Blood God! 40th match saw the fearless Wasteland Fighters take up the challenge The crowd takes to the pitch and bring mayhem before the players kick-off. Then the Maniacs can't break the Fighter's armour no matter how hard they hit. And they fumble the ball endlessly to boot. On top of it all they are blasted by mighty magic! Grom Brinner was so enraged he just stood still bellowing defiance most of the match. And the Maniacs get mauled by that despicalbe Nuffle once again! Hooowwwlll was enticed by the Maniac's might and joined the team. 41st match saw some Sewer Shamans slinking out of their lair to face the Maniacs. They start the offensive the Maniacs are immediately down a couple of players. Despite being mauled, the Maniacs hang on. Even some heathen apothecary prevented the offering of a Rat Ogre to the Blood God! And then, despite the Maniacs brilliant plays, some foul god intevened and stole the match! 42nd match saw the Maniacs being challanged by the Chaos Allsparks The Maniacs were expecting a great tribute to the Blood God! They start balanced but then the Maniacs start to drop like flies. Still, the Maniacs so exceptional resilience and survive until halftime. The Maniacs have the initiative but keep hitting feebly and being mauled back. Soon there is less than half a dozen Maniacs on the field. But still they surged forwards despite being outnumbered! Not much blood but a valiant win for the Maniacs! 43rd match was vs groftz, some Druchii that challenged the Maniacs. The match is underway as the druchii start the offensive. The druchii get throguh the Maniacs' defences. As retribution the Maniacs try to offer a druchii Blitzer to the Blood God. The despicable druchii apothecary prevents the holy ritual. And, as usual, the Maniacs start to get mauled into the dirt. But for once they react and pounce on the druchii with renewed vigour and become unstoppable. 44th match was vs Helena High, some skaven that asked for a fight. The Maniacs start a bloody offensive and Lord Iron Fist is immediately hurt badly. The Maniacs are completly mauled as usual. They loose 4 players in 2 turns. The apothecary has to intervene to save Sire Spiked Hand. Grooooowl got a damaged back after some crowd surfing. The despicable god Nuffle destroyed the Maniacs and gave the game to the opposition. 45th match was vs Royal Cookie Crumble, that looked edible enough for the Maniac's bloodthirsty appetite. The Maniacs start the offensive drawing blood but the ref soon sets on them and sends Spuuuuurt off. And the traditional mauling of the Maniacs begins. Then a rogue wizard blasts Lord Iron Fist with a Lightning Bolt. Then Lord Sickled Fingers almost got hurt really bad getting the Elf with the ball were it not for the apothecary's intervention. Then the Maniacs just triped and tumbled everywhere and could not break the Elves puny adamant armour. 46th match was vs Ornbarad Sylvan Seekers.
