Lacking certain skills which are becoming more and more needed for general survival, the boys are becoming more and more outclassed on the field, usually having to rely on bad luck for the other team--and often being unable to capitalize on that. It has been a long road, but with one game left, the chances of a member learning the valuable Block skill are slim. The team may go into retirement while they're on top of their game.</td><!-- --</tr><!-- --><tr><!-- --><td><b>2007/11/19</b></td><!-- --><td><b>DLL Season 3 Begins!!</b> And the Laboring Lummoxes have come out strong! With a solid win in their first game of Season 3, the Bulk are on a roll, and they don't plan to stop soon! This season's rising star appears to be Rick "The Roofer" Pronsky, who has caused two big casualties in the first game and vows to continue the destruction. On the scoring front, Foreman Tuttle and Foreman Wendel are on the move, with one TD a piece. Later this week, the big guys will face the Fighting Yaks so buy your tickets early! It's sure to be a bloody game!</td><!-- --></tr><!-- --><tr><!-- --><td><b>2007/11/07</b></td><!-- --><td>The Bulk finished strong this season, pulling 2 Wins and a Draw out of their final three games. Gus Mills was the star of the team this season with his record 7 casualties, tying Hank Sampson's all time team record of 10 total casualties. Although Hank still holds the team's record for most in a game (4), Gus's consistent performance all season has earned him the team's votes for season MVP.<br><br>In the scoring department, Foreman Blake and Foreman Klitcher hold the season high with 2 a piece, with Klitcher still holding onto the team's career scoring record of 5. Unfortunately, the Bulk did not have many scoring opportunities this season, but are looking forward to next season to improve upon this.<br><br>The Bulk have yet to complete a pass, and I'm not sure they've ever even attempted one. Here's to hoping that they never need to try!</td><!-- --></tr><!-- --><tr><!-- --><td><b>2007/10/23</b></td><!-- --><td>The Bulk may have lost whatever momentum they gained in their game against the necros, as they suffered yet another defeat in their <a href=FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=1893475>game against the Fighting Yaks</a>. The team is performing on par with what was expected of them last season. Will they be able to break out of this funk in their game against the <a href=FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=390637>'Eadbashaz</a>, or will the horrible dry spell continue? The boys have scored only one TD all season, in a <a href=FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=1893036>game</a> they still lost by 2. The coach and team captains have been urging the guys onward, and the Bulk have signed a <a href=FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=4767366>new and promising player</a> this morning. The team is back up to 11 players after losing two key goblins early last season. In their game against 14 Undead and 2 Werewolves, the big guys finally found their stride and scored a touchdown.
