First game against Amateur Amazons 0-2 loss (Amazons)
Injuries sustained to two players so an apothacary will be my next purchase. Struggled dodgeing any tackle zones but my thrower and catchers completed two completions.
Was close to a final turn consolation touchdown but my catcher failed its dodge to escape a tackle zone. Need to think more on setup and maximizing two dice tackles.
Won,t be getting the apothecary till next time as my two injured players miss the next game so I need linemen.

Next Jan's Barbarians 1-5 loss (Norse)
FIRST TOUCHDOWN and I gained two skill roles so not two bad although another player misses next game and with two niggling injuries the teams getting banged up pretty quick.
Also killed a lineman with my catcher which was a suprise but over all the score could have been worse. I started quite a few snaps with less then six players and struggled to get any effective blocks.

Next Suprise Suprise 1-3 loss (Chaos Dwarf)
Much closer game than before and at least could have made it 3-2 but some stupid mistakes. Had the ball 2 squares away in a catchers hand but had poor placement of tackle zones and they managed to break it up. Also final turns of the game blitzed with my thrower not realizing that I couldn't throw after a blitz so should of just tried to pick the ball up with the tackle zone modifier.
Was crippled again by injuries and played the whole second half and a lot of the first with only 8 players on my team.
Gained one skill roll on another catcher but apart form that was disappointed I didn't come away with more. The locker room will not be a nice place to be post game!!!

Next Soul Gorged 0-2 loss (Chaos)
Was smashed in this game. Two dead and more niggling injuries. Wasted my apothcary too early and struggled to minimize damage. Chaos scored in the first half in eight turns, managing the clock perfectly and using a rolling cage to great effect.
Had a couple of chances to score but nothing concrete and was lucky to get out with any players alive.
RIP Barnett (blitzer) and Clifton (lineman). Must rethink playbook and try not to force the touchdown in one turn.
To end with a positive welcome to the team Findecano McCaskill (lineman).

Next Deadwood Druids 1-3 loss (Wood Elf)
Much better game with lots of completions and attempted passes. Wood elves where very fast needed to keep at least two players deep in my own half.
Poor coaching decisions cost me alot like not using rerolls when I should have or pressing end turn too soon.
First skill role for my blitzer was a bonus and a couple of linemen are on the verge of a skill roll. I'd like to think my team are on the edge of greatness but with me coaching them it will be a struggle.

Next Pitts 3-2 win (Dark Elf)
MY FIRST WIN. Was lucky on a few kick off results with my blitzer performing outstanding as a ball retriever after tackle zones had been removed (pitch invasion) or lost (trips in the back field). I completed passes two all three recievers who all went on to score. No skill roles but three lineman and a catcher should all be due one next post-game sequence. Proper chuffed!!!!!

Next Grumpsh Raiders 1-3 loss (Orc)
A painful game with five players injured early on and my star catcher Jennings missing the next game due to a damaged back. Never really came into the game and was in survival mode for alot of it. Had to use my apothacary on the first turn to bring Wells back from the dead but he has suffered no lasting effect from his brush with death.
Positives from the game where the fact I had three skill roles after the game and was able to bring a new Blitzer named Elensar Kampman into the team.

Next Monsters 3-0 win (Nurgle)
MY SECOND WIN. Was a game of mixed fortunes but importantly came out with the win.
Sadly Huor Barbe (lineman) died. After sustaining the niggling injury in the second game he has never fufilled his promise and had earned 0 SPP upto this point. Sadly for his family he was brought down by The Gromble (Nurgle beast) which will probably have infected him and we could see him on there roster as a Rotter.
The other sad news is that Glorfindel Wells (lineman) retired from play and has took up a position as a assistant coach. He had picked up a second niggling injury so expected to be benched at least two third of his games.
On happier news three more players got skill roles with dodge being the main order of the day. Hour Hawk (blitzer) also got his first touchdown but was out shone by Elensar Kampman (blitzer) who on his maiden game scored twice securing himself a skill roll after only his first appearence.
