[R] Shambling Undead
| Welcome to the home of the Dark Knights of Hanivon. These guys are old...really old. So old, that the skeletons have got problems with their joints (!?!) and the zombies have dentures (?!?!?!). Even the mummies in their eternal youth now require someone to wheel them up onto the pitch and stand them up... What can we say...well...lets introduce you to the team. At Number one we have the leader of the pack, good old Lord Hanivon. He's done well, for an old guy. He just ticks along during the game, drops on a few people, and before you know it..its turn 8 in the second half and its all over..."life just seems to pass by so fast these days..." ...words from a wise man indeed.... Sitting pretty at number 2 is the delightful Mrs. Hanivon. she is a bit more spritely than her husband...what some would call a gold digger..what with her being 1000 years younger than the old dog himself!! But lets not get into that...i'll leave it up to you to confront her with that revalation!! Clearly the old man enjoys her company...well..who wouldn;t ..with an AGI of 2..she must be dynamite in bed!!!...hmm...lets not go there... Number 3 and 4 are the two playboys of the pack..Aierith and Requiem, packing quite a punch.they stil have a fair bit of "unlife" in them yet...Reqiuem is the son of Feral..one of the Dark Knights most beloved players..who met his end to a nasty ogres fist..still, his death was not in vain, as the Knights won that match, Lord Hanivon Injuring 5 players in the same match to exact out his revenge!!! Number 5, well..Wrathon..what can we say...he's a bit frail..and a bit deaf...but he cna still mix it in with the best of them...as long as no one hits him... The rest of the pack are just the usually up and coming youngsters, some form other teams, some fresh from the grave! We hope you have enjoyed dropping by the Dark Knights home turf, look forward to seeing you in game!!! Before we go, a quick mention for one of our favorite oldies...good old Kerlur Femur..during his time he has had both knees knocekd out and lost on the playing field!! Luckily, the coach managed to replace them with some sponges...but they dont really last a long time..but this old timer is still willing to stick it out on the playing field, determined to show us what he is made of...well good luck to you!! (Just as long as you dont fall apart on the field!!)...an update..unfortunatley we have had to retire Kerlur...after his spare skull got fractured he was nolonger safe on a bloodbowl pitch....he is now sitting pretty on the sidelines as a coach:) SO again...a fond farewell from the Dark Knights...y'all come back now y'here? EDIT : after again getting no money, it was decided that the player swho tended to SUCK all the money from matche souyt..cos of their high wages..were retired...hopefully meaning that we get some much wanted cash!! EDIT also...Lord Hanivon said he didnt want to play anymore cos someone beat up his wife....nuff said really. |
