The Grunts of ARMY.

The Grunts of ARMY have invaded the NCBB in season 34. There have been other teams who have claimed they were Army but they were nothing more than posers and want-a-be's. The true Army team has landed and dug in; it is THEE Grunts of ARMY!

Army has come to dominate and destroy all who stand before them. They will march with their Steele spiked boots upon the crushed, broken, and crippled bones of their vanquished foes.

Season 34 brought a harsh learning to the Grunts. Do to poor play that was uncompetitive and dishonorable coach TimR choose to self impose sanctions and take zero SPP, MVP, and Gold in 3 games. Army looks to bring honor and glory back to all the Orc nations and Waaagh invaders.

Season 35s war cry, "Never quit; never ever give up. There is no retreat." The casualties will mount, blood will flow, and victories will come.

Season 35 opened with 3 OoC games. In week 2 the blood did flow and casualties did mount. Unfortunately it was Army's blood flowing and their broken crippled bodies being stomped on by the Steele soled boots of the Poli Puerkos Dwarves under the watchful eye of Coach GotrekSlayer. This was an omen of what season 35 had in store for the Grunts.
It became a season of complete devastation, defeat, and destruction upon the Grunts of Army. 5 new freshmen reserves were brought up to replace crippled and killed players or to fortify the team. The annihilation has been so very complete that Army at this time is preparing a retreat from the NCBB. With another losing record and a final lost to U Pike it is truly cause for a complete surrender of ARMY'S play in the NCBB. VERY SAD!!!

Season 36: The orders have been given! ARMY is to stand fast, prepare for battle, die in place; for it is time to RUMBLE on Fumbbl....
Mission: "SEARCH AND DESTROY" to become the NCBB Champions!

RIVALRIES begin in the year of season 36 with the mighty foes of Charlotte 40 Normers (Human Gomers), Poli Puerkos (Da Dwarven Pukes), and with an all service rivalry vs the Airmens of Air Force (Flyboys).
Good luck to all. You will need it for you are hunted....

The OoC matchups brought with them the beginning gales of an ominous storm; the curse which came upon them! All of ARMYs preseason preparations weren't enough to prepare them for the tidal wave ahead. Match after match; Battle after battle the beatings the Grunts took left their blood running the pitches red. The last three games of the season said it all. Their being out bashed by the Wood Elves of Bro-hio, the loss to Air Force, and their inability to even remove a skink of Texas Tech made ARMY realize they are truly cursed by the Blood Bowl Gods. They will be forever know as ARMY the Cursed Ones. The curse was proven, if any doubt remained by being selected as one of the worst teams of the NCBB. Which in the end is a fact since they lost their way to be awarded the McNurgle ChumpShitz trophy. Complete shame and painted brown for the next season.

Ending record of 1/3/8.

In the end Army can only look to a new dawn; a new season, and play on in hopes of tasting true victory. The chance to wash away the "Brown" and disgrace.

Season 37: Disturbing losses in the OoC matchup and complete pommeling in the games starting S37 tells the story for the Grunts.

The fateful loss to the Airmen of Airfoce cost Fullbird his starting role as QB and in fact his arms; which were ripped from his body, thrown into a pregame bon fire, making the best pass his arms had thrown in 3 seasons. Which was the high light of the first 7 games for Army.

Army finished S37 being pommeled and stomped into the blood and mud of the pitch. Perfect reflection of their play.
