Coach Deathmoore has alligned himself with a new clan of Werewolves. He is hoping that this clan is stronger than the other three clans he has recruited from. With luck, the Garo's first player for the Blacksouls will prove to be worth the gold we spent on him.

COD:
Challanged Mr. Legura to a duel, and lost.

Injury Report:
In the Blacksoul's 65th game, against a bunch of hungry orcs, Gostaker was unlucky enough to hold the ball at one point in time. This led to him being knocked over, the ball being removed from his hands, and the orcs to surround him. When Mr. Deathmoore was finally able to get a good look at the injuries, he noticed that a portion of Gostaker's skull was missing. The team didn't have any replacement skulls at the time, and Mr. Deathmoore decided to use hardened leather in its place. From now on, Gostaker will be easier to injure, as his head isn't what it used to be. (m,-av)

COD:

Gitrippa unwittingly volunteered to play for the Blacksouls when he challanged Mr. Legura to a brawl over lunch (which just happened to be the remains of a fallen goblin). Gitrippa signed away his life, and became the newest ghoul for the Blacksouls.

In the Blacksoul's 65th game, against Smacking Orc Forces, Gitrippa suffered a terrible blow to his midsection, driving it into his skull. Yes, in normal players this would be fatal, but he is undead. There is just a slight chance that the new magic holding this corpse together will fail at the beginning of each match. (m,n)

Gitrippa was fired when Mr. Deathmoore decided that this failing magic would be to expensive to maintain.

Mr Deathmoore found a way to repair this damage perminantly, and put Gitrippa back into action.

Injury Report:

In the Blacksoul's 68th game, against the undead team "Stop and Smell the Foulers" (a very clean game oddly enough) Gitrippa was in the team's opening lineup for the second half, when an angry fan threw a rock into the field. It broke into Gitrippas skull. It wasn't that bad of an injury, he just needs to miss the next game in order to recover. (m)

Lab Report:
The Return of the Blacksouls has fallen upon some pretty hard times. Not only have we been losing games, we have been losing expensive players by the coffin. Unfortunitally there have been slight loopholes in some of these contracts, stating that the remains don't belong to Mr. Deathmoore, but belong to the Legura tribe of Werewolves. This has led us to search for quality parts elsewhere, in an effort to build our new flesh golems. The contracts have also been rewritten, at least until the Leguras agree to play for us again.

Mighty Blow
Lab Report:
This golem is the next in line of experiments involving different parts and pieces of fallen bloodbowl players. The previous experiment, "Lots of Parts" was one of the Blacksoul's most sucessful players, killing multiple players, and retiring others. Mr. Deathmoore has changed the formulae used in creation of the golem, as the other one aged much to fast.

Fatality Report:
This golem appears to be a great sucessor to Mr. Deathmoore's previous experiment. In the Blacksoul's 64th game, against "Burning Galaxy", More Pieces and Parts managed to throw such a mighty blow, that it lobbed the head of the beastman <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=5366176">Lucius</a> into the crowd. Mr. Deathmoore was able to retrieve the head, and raise the beast to play for us. A horn was taken from his head, and attatched to the golem as a trophy.

COD:

Jeremy Cordsmith was a very peaceful man in life. He was a pacifist who lived in troubling times. If he was insulted, he would offer no rebuttle, only apology. If he was slapped, he would in turn offer the other cheek. He had followers, people who believed in his ways and became better people because of it. They may not have taken things to the same extreems he did, but that is a good thing. Jeremy only appeared peaceful on the outside however, as each insult, and each act of violence against him rattled around inside his head. Thoughts of commiting violence back upon the aggressors was tempting, but he had to keep his cool, lest he lose his followers. As the years passed, a great rage continued to build up in his mind, tearing at his soul, begging to be released upon the world. Mr. Deathmoore saw this troubled man, and offered to free him of his deamons. He tore the soul out of Jeremy's body, and made sure it was still intact. He seperated this passive rage from Jeremy's mind, and put his soul in a globe so that he could sell it later. The rage however, was wild, and untamed, until Mr. Deathmoore shaped it into a ghostly figure, and hired it onto the team.

Apperently the magics that held Passive Rage's shell together are were all that good. After he scored a touchdown at the end of game 70, Mr. Deathmoore noticed that Mr. Rage was struggling to move. Mr. Deathmoore took him into the lab, and discovered that the only way to fix Mr. Rage would be to create a new shell for him. Otherwise there would be a chance that he could not play in future games. (age n)

Mr. Deathmoore has decided to create a new shell for the Passive Rage, so that he may continue to be a worthy Blacksoul.

Dirty Player
COD: Ulgof was one of the Blacksoul's star werewolves, who was retired due to injuries. He wanted to return and play for us again, and this was the only way to make him useful to us.

Injury Report: In the Blacksoul's 45th game, Ulgof was shambling across the muddy field, when a dwarf caught him by suprize and ripped one of his legs in half. Normally this would be easy to repair, but Mr. Deathmoore was out of even sized legs. He can still serve on the front line, he just won't be moving very far away from it. (m, -ma)

Fatality Report:

In the Blacksoul's 63rd game, Ulgof has begun to show us his worth. Near the end of the first half, he saw an opportunity to disembowel a wood elf lineman by the name of <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=6671817">Friyian Snowlark</a>, and took it. Friyian now plays for the Blacksouls, though we did not let Ulgof keep his entrails.

In the Blacksoul's 70th game, Ulgof has claimed a second elven player for the Blacksouls by means of ritual sacrifice. This time it was the High Elf known as <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=6854835">Imrik, Dragon Prince of Caledor</a>. He would have claimed a different one earlier in the game, but the apothicary got in the way.

COD:

George Algas was intrigued by an offer that he deemed to important to resist. He was told that if he ate a pile of coal (which he had been convinced was a very dark lump of gold), that he would be rich for the rest of his life. After he ate the coal, he was handed a sack of gold to spend as he pleased. Unfortunitally, this huge amount of coal did not agree with his system, and he perished soon after. Mr. Deathmoore recruited George under the name "Ebon Gold" after he finished washing the coal stains off of his robe.

Ebon Gold sustained a very painful blow to the head in the Return of the Blacksoul's 41st game. This not only resulted in him missing the rest of the game, but he will miss game 42 as well. His skull was not fully repaired after the incident either, and he can still feel it every time he walks onto the pitch.

Mr. Deathmoore has found a way to repair the injuries Ebon Gold has sustained. Unfortunitally, it involves an expensive process that will inevitably "reset" his body. Ebon Gold will still play for the Blacksouls, but no garuntees can be made as to whether or not he will be as lethal in his new form.

Training Report:

In his debut game in his new body, Ebon Gold was whitness to the brutal beating of Mohawk Madness's strongest Martin. No, it was not a Blacksoul who did this, but a crowd of angry fans. As Ebon Gold saw the carnage unfolding, he started to mimic Martin's struggles, and stole the strength held within the elf. Ebon Gold is now stronger in this form than he was before, and Mr. Deathmoore hopes that this costly investment pays off.

Injury Report:

Ebon Gold missed the Blacksoul's 54th game, because of a blow he took in the 53rd game. (m)

Ebon Gold missed the Blacksoul's 58th game, because of a nasty foul sustained in game 57. (m)

In the Blacksoul's 63rd game, Ebon Gold was a monster. Not only did he manage to tear down a few opponents, but he managed to get the ball into the endzone. The elves noticed this however, and cornered him. In a desperate attempt to get away, he tripped and fell so hard, that he had to miss game 64. (m)

COD: Karlious was one of the Blacksoul's primary ghoul quarterbacks. Unfortunitally, he lost a leg, which was replaced with a zombie leg. He couldn't play the position of ghoul anymore, so he was let go. We recruited him back as a zombie to cover our recent shortcomings.

Injury Report:

In the Blacksoul's 61st game, Karlious's arm was ripped off near the end of the game by a passing hobgoblin while he was on the ground. Mr. Deathmoore knows how to repair this, but it takes a game to recover from the injury. (m)

During the MVP party at the end of the Blacksoul's 70th game, Karlious had his leg ripped off by an adoring fan, who began tearing bits of flesh off of the leg as souveniers. After the fan was killed, re-raised, and put into a punishment chair (where he would be forced to regenerate through severe injuries again and again), Mr. Deathmoore sewed Karlious's leg back on. Unfortunitally it took a lot of damage while it was off of his body, and has a chance to act up before each game. (age n)

In the Return of the Blacksoul's 51st game, against Azure Fire, Azure Fire's 'I Can Read with My Eyes Shut!' was unlucky enough to be the elf closest to the Blacksoul werewolf 'Crasisco de Legura'. Luccily for the elf, it was a clean blow to the throat, almost decapitating him. There was not much pain.

When he awoke in his undead form, he was missing an arm. He didn't seem to notice though, he was just happy to get back onto the field.

In the Blacksoul's 64th game, against the chaos team "Burning Galaxy", <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=5366176">Lucius</a> was performing very well for a beastman. He had managed early on to weave and dodge past the corpses, and catch a pass for a touchdown. Unfortunitally, in the second half, he was assisting a few chaos warriors in the task of making sure the Blacksoul Flesh Golem "More Parts and Pieces" couldn't get anywhere near the ball handlers. He did this job well, taking the flesh golem's full attention. The job took a turn for the worst though when he threw a mighty blow that punted Lucius's head downfield. The Burning Galaxy Apothicary had already left the field, as he had tended to a wounded warrior earlier, so Mr. Deathmoore was able to bring the beastman to our team.

Injury Report:
Well, this didn't take long. In the Blacksoul's 66th game, against a skaven team, Lucius fell victim to a blow from a linerat that would render him unable to play in game number 67.

In the Blacksoul's 70th game, against a high elven team called "Close to Me,"<a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=6854835">Imrik, Dragon Prince of Caledor</a> was one of the High Elf's Dragon Warriors. At the end of the first half of the game, the Blacksouls were setting up for a ritual sacrifice to nuffle for good luck in the second half (using a high elf of course), but were foiled by an apothicary on the opposing team (rolled a kill, he rolled apothicary). In the second half, the High Elves seeked revenge for this near death experience. Thier dirtiest player cornered Ebon Gold, and attempted to break him into pieces. The ref saw this though, and ejected the player, while Ebon regenerated on the sidelines. While the ref was escorting the Elf to the dungeon, the Blacksouls saw another oppourtunity for a sacrifice! <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=6564357">Ulgof Reborn</a> had been on the ground, but was able to get up and slash the throat of Imrik before the ref came back. As the body was being taken off the field, Mr. Deathmoore worked his magic, and "convinced" Imrik to play for the Blacksouls.

COD:

In the Blacksoul's 63rd game, <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=6671817">Friyian Snowlark</a> was a very unlucky wood elf lineman. During a desperate attempt to keep the elves away from the goal line, Ulgof Reborn decided that it would be a good idea to try and even the number of players on the field, by taking out a lineman. Friyian was the lucky victim, recieving the full Blacksoul "massage" midfield, and being recruited right away. Oddly enough, when the drive ended, this did even the number of players for each team at 10. Not only was Friyian killed, reducing the elves to 10, and raising the Blacksouls to 11, but Ulgof was sent off for his methods, reducing us back down to 10.
