As a raw and sadistic man, Athalon has been seen to beat up his own fellow team members in long practice sessions. Charged up with raw energy of <b>Khorne</b> he will stop at nothing to gain what he wants. Was overthrown from the captains chair by <b>Lord Holstein</b>.

Before being consumed by <b> Khorne </b>Mordred was a hunted man with dead or alive bounties on his head from all around the Old World. He was a mad lunatic, who saw the world as a nest of waste. All petty creatures just waiting to be killed by him. They were to receive this honor sooner or later. After he was hunted down and enslaved (at first) by <b>Athalon</b>, Mordred became his second in command and wil continue doing so on the field of purification.

Mordred was awarded his first MVP from the game against <b> Gimo Reaper's</b>. The award came from the self-sacrificing style of play he displayed the game through. At his worst moment he was spotted between a minotaur and an ogre. Nice playing tactics there...

Overthrown with his former leader <b>Athalon Sturmbridge</b>, Mordred had to loose his big black "A" insignia, to the new assistant captain of the team, <b>Sinton Von Muspelheim</b>...

Don't stand on his way...

Although, cursed in his former life Mergan came up full in game 1 and although the team lost this bout, he claimed his rightful place in the team as the first scorer ever fo Shades of Black.

Ruthless and willing, this beastman revealed his savage nature by blocking a dark elf from team <b>Sine ira et studio</b> and injuring him so that he couldn't join in afterwards. He has risen to be the favorite beastman of <b>Athalon Sturmbridge</b> and is trying to stay there even after the next game.

<b>Unholy Ballcarrier of Khorne

Sinton proved the rumors to be true as he passed a long pass to his fellow team member in game 1. After the game Sinton was named as the Unholy Ballcarrier of Khorne by his master <b>Athalon Sturmbridge</b>. By continued fame and deeds, Sinton has been give the black "A" insignia <b>Mordred The Vile</b> used to carry, making him the official assistant captain.

2004-03-29 : Sinton makes his feet move quicker than ever before, scoring 3 touchdowns in a warmup match against orc team <b>Badlands Fer 'Eva</b>, his first match playing as an assistant captain.

Purified by the mighty ogre <b>Snoop Doggy Blöt</b> of the <b>Gimo Reaper's</b>. Drenga returned to the roster right after game 4.

The raw blessings of Khorne have smiled on Drenga. Gaining 3 most valuable players awards out of nowhere and having had the priviledge of growing his claws to shredders, has made him one of the most feared players on his team. Shredding away, the beastman slaughterer has already delivered almost ten players to the injury bins (a team high if I may add)

This big grunt was dragged to the team by force, from the chaos wastelands to help the teams bashing side of the game. Instead Harry scored a td against <b>Wild Chlorophyll's</b> to make a lost game look a little better( Lost : 3-1 ). What the future holds for this giant is unseen, but something was put in mortion that day he came to the first practise...

Having to wait 5 games for the first casualty, Harry made his mighty blow count... actually to the lengths that his blocked opponent had to be taken to the injury box from the audience... 10th row...

Purified by the mighty Norse Leader Eric of the <b>Eric's Chosen</b>. Zerg returned to the roster right after game 2.

Zerg was the first player in the team to experience zealous incantations. He started shaking and roaring in the game against <b>Gimo Reaper's</b>. The media was sure that it was of because extensive amounts of coffeine added to the unfortunate fools waterbowl.

Zerg is still the only player not to receive any SPP's. He has still played nicely and considered a good defenceman, giving his all on the field of pain.

After joining The Shades of Black, Holstein has made every effort of being true to his cause and deeds. He has intercepted, maimed and even thrown the ball... He will go to great lengths in gaining godhood like status... but he is already on his way. Through extensively nice passing and scoring play, <b>Lord Holstein</b> and <b>Sinton Von Muspelheim</b> have risen to be the audiences absolute favorite duo.
