Ragnar came looking for a job as player with the Outlaws. When asked why, he replied "because everybody knows the Outlaws don't ask questions". He was sent of, since the Outlaws already employed Harkon as their primary receiver and one dark elf was bothersome enough on the team. However, after Harkon's untimely demise, Ragnar returned asking if he could have the job now or if "others needed to go just like Harkon did". No-one is sure whether Ragnar is involved in Harkon's death, but since some agility is always needed, Ragnar was hired on the spot.

Not much is known of Biff's life before he joined the Outlaws, but one thing is certain: whatever he did to anger Tyrant Groff Gutstomper of the Stonetooth tribe, it must have been bad. Groff offererd a large reward for whoever delivers Biff's head (marinated and slowly cooked to Groff's taste) at his tent in the Mountains of Mourn.

On the run, out of options, food, luck and friends, Biff decided to go for broke and try his luck on the blood bowl pitch. Despite the extra motivation to go for the throat provided to any opponent by Groff's offer, Biff turned out to be a natural born lineman and held his own.

The Oberwald Outlaws quickly recognized the rare opportunity to hire a down-on-his-luck-and-quite-talented Ogre, and managed to sign him to a rather team friendly deal. Rumours have it that Biff's eagerness to sign was assisted in no little amount due to rumours that Groff found out about his hiding place and was coming for him. Some rival managers even suspect the Outlaws to have something to do with Groff's discovery....

Regardless, the lure of protection from the team (and its rabid fan base) proved too good to pass up for Biff and so far managed to keep him out of harm's way.

7-9-2015: After 8 games Biff proved his worth as the Outlaws primary lineman. He now feels comfortable enough to try more fancy tactics, such as throwing goblins towards the end zone for a quick touch down. His first attempt at this immediately paid off with a TD for his teammate Shifty!

1-12-2015: Constantly throwing goblins around for practice has positive side effects, other than enabling quick touch downs. Biff's now also very good at grabbing opponents and shoving them in just about any direction Biff sees fit.

27-12-2015: Biff enabled Shifty to score again, by throwing the brave little greenskin. Coach is lobbying the NAF to start keeping stats on this type of performance.

17-1-2016: Biff backed up Coach's pleas for keeping stats on thrown gobbo touchdowns, by succesfully throwing Shifty for TWO touch downs in one game. Unfortunately, a third attempt and potential equalizer failed.

Kick
3-11-2014: After taking considerable abuse in his first four games, Arvin was kicked squarely and ruthlessly in the groin by a minotaur. This made him decide to take the next game of and develop more skill in the art of blocking.

1-12-2015: by now an expert blocker, Mad Dog is still inspired by being kicked by a minotaur. This inspiration translated into becoming a rather accurate kicker too. Mad Dog can now kick the ball precisely onto any area of the pitch. he's also confident that, given time, he'll be able to do the same with any prone opponent within reach.

19-3-2016: Arvin has received 5 MVP's, which appears strange to those who don't follow the team closely. Those that do however, know that Arvin does all the unglamorous things that need to be done: kicking the ball well, blocking and more and more assisting others in blocking.

2016-07-10 Hired after Bork "The Stampede" Breaker got injured in the final second of an already decided game. Coach hired proven muscle in Swampslime, an experienced lineman who used to play for Gnashrak's Stompaz. Next to providing toughness and brute strength, Swampslime appears too dimwitted to not follow orders, quite an attractive trait after Bork's prima donna behaviour.
